NXT Locate uses ground penetrating radar (GPR) to detect utilities and structural elements embedded into the concrete prior to drilling any structure. Concrete imaging is also used to detect any post-tension cable and rebar.

We use advanced technology in locating buried services within most soil types. Using this service, we can locate and trace a facility and estimate its depth by transmitting a transfer of electrical currents to the pipe and or wire.

Using a non-destructive imaging technology, we are able to resolve nonmetallic objects such as PVC, asbestos, concrete, poly pipes, etc.

NXT Locate uses methods of Electro-Magnetic Ground Penetrating Radar to detect all buried utilities within the exterior and, or interior of any structural building or home.

A service used to investigate underground lateral pipelines for any structural faults, damages, and leaks.

By using our GPR services we are able to locate and identify any existing, or previously removed Underground Storage Tanks (UST) buried under asphalt, concrete, or grassy areas without any destruction to the property. We also have the ability to provide you with information such as surface thickness, and if it is supported by rebar.

NXT Locate safely exposes the underground utilities for the purpose of positively identifying vertical and horizontal locations. During our vacuum excavation process we will also provide you with information such as material, size of pipe structure, surrounding earth, road rock, etc.

We use various techniques to locate hidden, or buried private and public valves and lids for water and gas utilities.
